If you have all of the Pandemic Expansions like we do, having the extra dividers to separate cards and decks is amazing. Well worth it the few extra bucks.

... in the base organizer. After I assembled the base organizer I realized I needed more card dividers. I did see it as an optional add on when I purchased the organizer, but I didn't realize is was pretty much essential if you have all three expansions.
