Card holding quality

This box does a great job of holding my sleeved cards. I purchased (2) of them and they hold together very well. I will need to glue one of them since the lid notches barely do not line up, but that is because of my building skills and not the product. A little wood glue will do the trick. Great product and highly recommend!

Fast Build, Easy To Paint

It took me 10 minutes to put together carefully. I was so worried about breaking it when pushing the pieces together but the wood is very sturdy and didn't splinter at all. I sanded the edges a bit to make everything flush and then gave it a couple of coats of red acrylic paint. After letting the 4th or so coat dry, I went over it with Mod Podge a couple of times to seal it. I was worried that all the layers of paint would disrupt the lid's ability to snap closed but it didn't at all. It looks great!

It was a struggle ...

I will start by saying that I love The Broken Token's products, so I was extremely surprised with the difficulty that I had with this product. None of the pieces fit together properly, so it was a struggled to put this together. It wouldn't snap into place, no matter which way I tried the pieces, the teeth wouldn't line up properly, and the wood cracked in several spots when I did finally get it together. In once piece and serving it's function, but very difficult to put together and not pretty. This was not up to the same standards I've come to expect and appreciate from this company.

RESPONSE: We are sorry to hear you had trouble with this one. If any pieces were not fitting correctly and need to be replaced simply put in a ticket with us and we'll take care of you.

A great box for standard-sized cards

There's not a whole lot to say about this BT product. It's a box, with dividers, meant to hold standard size cards. And it does that job perfectly. Great for whatever game might need some extra card storage. Star Wars pilot cards, simple deck games like Uno, Phase 10, Skipbo, etc., or like I'll be using mine for: Ember the Magical Card Game. Even using wood glue, it was simple to assemble, and I had it done in about 10 minutes.

Standard Size Awesomness

I picked this up hoping I could use it with a card game I had sleeved and it would no longer fit in its original box. The cards fit awesome with sleeves and stand vertical for maximum amount of storage. The only suggestion I would make would be to have a little slot under the box to slip papers so we can store game instructions if needed.

Solid box for standard cards.

Excellent box for use with or without sleeves. Plenty of room and cards aren't so tight they'll wear without protection (see mini box). Easy to put together, though I have rubber mallets so it might be trickier without.
Lid can get a little finicky sometimes depending on humidity but that's wood for you.

A solid choice.

Solid, easy to assemble, and an innovative lid. Perfect as a standalone card box or a way to organize your cards within a larger game. You'll find the tabs a little stiff the first several times, so definitely let your glue fully cure before testing it, but I have found the tabs to be much more workable within just a dozen or so openings of the box.

All of the components fit together well and it's surprisingly easy to put everything together. The case feels very sturdy once completed and has plenty of dividers. I'm very pleased with the product and will be getting more for my growing card game library in the future.
