The space isn't enough for sleeved cards without forcing the board down, so you have to remove some of the card dividers.
RESPONSE: you may find over time as the sleeves settle in they will all fit no problem.

It's a great organizer by a company that rarely disappoints, but this one is a skip, especially if you sleeve your cards.
I'm using FFS05 card sleeves, and they just don't fit.The cards want to stand up at the front of the pocket instead of lay back, just like they are pictured. This causes the cards at the front to curl, a lot, probably a 15mm arc on the worst one.
On the opposite end, there's actually too much room for the building tiles. They lay down awkwardly and were less than accommodating when it was time for setup.
On the plus side, all the bits and tokens stayed mostly where they belong. Some of the 100 point counters jumped to different player trays, but everything else was exactly in the correct place.
Response: If your sleeves are brand new, they should flatten some over time, alleviating most of the issue. It also depends on how many wooden dividers you are using since each divider is 3mm thick. One option is to replace some of the wooden dividers with some cardstock separators to recoup some of the space. We have survived vertical storage before so it seems maybe something isn't going in quite right, if you shoot us an email with pics of how you have the building tiles stored maybe we can help you solve a few of these issues. firstname.lastname@example.org Aminda - CS Meeple

Love this set keeps everything organized, and works with the expansion so you only have to carry 1 box when travelling to friends or family to play
Another great insert.

The included insert for Waterdeep is good, except I could not stand have to stack the coins and gems to get them to fit. Add in the expansions and the stock insert is to much of a pain, this is where the Broken Token insert comes in. As normal works great, only one small part needed glued. I did not even assemble this one, my wife built it. I love how each player gets their own box for their player items.
Very nifty organizer

Great organizer, was simple enough to assemble.
Fits well into the original Lords of Waterdeep box.
The removable trays are great, especially the big inner tray that you can use as the 'bank'.
Excellent insert - great product

This is an excellent insert. Goes together easily, I would reccomend glue on joints once you have it all assembled.
GREATLY speeds up set up to get you playing your game much faster, this is by far my favorite aspect.

This was the first game insert I bought and was pleasantly surprised. I went a little over board by staining it and putting a coat of polyurethane on it but it looks fantastic! I read that some people had problems with sleeved cards fitting; I use the KMC perfect fit and don't have any issues. Being able to take the tray out during game play is *BLEEP*ing amazing. This insert greatly reduced prep and cleanup time for me. I love the DnDeeples they have too.
Great Organizer, but does not hold all cards

I really like the organizers from Broken Token. I had 5 for other games before purchasing this one for Lords of Waterdeep. While the organizer itself is very nice and tremendously helpful with the setup and breakdown of the game, the section for the Quest/Intrigue/Lords cards is not quite big enough to fit all of the cards while sleeved. Currently it is just barely large enough to hold the cards from the base game along with the Undermountain expansion.
Sleeved Cards Do Not Fit
Posted by Jeremy on 4th Apr 2016
Base + Expansion cards do not fit when sleeved in standard Dragon Shield sleeves, even when no dividers are used.
Response: It's possible Dragon Shields are too thick, we typically measure for FFG and Mayday which should work fine. Please contact us via email if you'd like to return it for a refund.
