The Broken Token is located just outside of sunny San Diego, California. Our office, manufacturing and distribution center is open from 9am to 5pm Pacific, Monday-Friday. We don't have a retail store, but local pickups can be arranged at our office during our normal hours of operation.

To receive help with a product or for issues regarding an order, open a support ticket by clicking the link below. You may be prompted to log in or create an account if you don't have one. This only requires a name and Email, which is requested with new cases anyway.
