Current Openings



Assoc. Production Technician

Full and Part time positions are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and weekends from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Broken Token is open to working around school and personal schedule.

Your responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:

  • Approve or reject finished materials with respect to quality standards
  • Do random testing of products before packaging to ensure dimensions and functionality meets company standards
  • Package products for shipping
  • Accurately report personal output for project/shift
  • Report to supervisor on floor about any machinery that is not working properly
  • Basic woodworking using belt sanders and circular saw

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Occasionally able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time during shift
  • Able to multitask and interact well with others
  • Attentive to details in process execution

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Pluses

  • Previous woodworking experience (either professionally or in school)
  • Passionate about board games

Assoc. Laser Technician

Full time positions are available Sunday through Saturday from 3:00pm to 1:30am. All Laser Technician positions work an alternative 4/10 work schedule.

Your responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:

  • Load and run CNC Laser machinery
  • Basic woodworking as needed using belt sanders and circular saw
  • Approve or reject raw materials and finished laser cut products with respect to quality standards
  • Do random testing of products before packaging to ensure dimensions and functionality meets company standards
  • Accurately report personal output for project/shift
  • Start up and/or shut down machinery at start/end of shift
  • Keep laser machines and work area clean
  • Basic machine maintenance
  • Report to supervisor about any machinery that is not working properly

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time during shift
  • Able to bend over repeatedly throughout the day
  • Able to multitask and interact well with others
  • Attentive and detailed in process execution

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Pluses

  • Previous woodworking experience (either professionally or in school)
  • Previous machine shop experience
  • Passionate about board games

Maintenance Technician

This is a full time position, from 8:00 am to 4:30 am Monday through Friday.

Your responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:

  • Daily Maintenance of all machinery and equipment used by TBT for production
  • Repair TBT equipment as needed
  • Maintain the TBT building and do repairs and small construction projects as needed
  • Organize and maintain all tools and parts inventory
  • Document repair processes for future reference
  • Coordinate and negotiate with outside vendors as needed
  • Submit equipment and part orders to Purchasing
  • Train others on basic maintenance of equipment
  • Work with CEO, Dir of Ops, and HR on various projects as needed

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to quickly research equipment documentation online
  • A problem solver who is determined to find and report the root causes for equipment failure
  • Organized and detailed
  • Able to plan for both immediate and long term projects
  • Comfortable using a wide range of tools and working with fragile intricate parts
  • Demonstrate a clear focus of safety as a top priority for the project

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with electrical systems
  • Strong written communication skills

Pluses

  • Flexibility to come in when needed on weekends
  • Machine shop experience

Shipping Specialist

This position's hours are Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Your responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:

  • Printing and pulling customer web order tickets
  • Packaging product for shipment
  • Using ShipStation to send customer’s orders
  • Work with Customer Service for updates to orders before they are sent
  • Work with Production Team on planning and organizing order fulfillment
  • Report accurate inventory number of items sent and remaining stock in warehouse

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time during shift
  • Highly Organized
  • Attentive to details in process execution

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Pluses

  • Previous shipping and receiving experience
  • Passionate about board games
