A box organizer for Marvel Legendary has been one of our most asked-for products since we began designing organizers. We're happy to finally add this kit to our lineup and if you own Marvel Legendary, we know you'll love it too!
Our innovative pinwheel design allows for maximum card storage in the Marvel Legendary game box while saving enough room for the game board and manuals. All cards are stored horizontally and there's enough room for sleeved cards from most current expansions (see below). The cardboard dividers that come with Legendary fit nicely in the box and we provide 6 wooden dividers to further organize your cards.

So I've been eyeballing this organizer for a while: I own every set up to Secret Wars (actually just got volume 1 this weekend), and I had just finished sleeving all my cards not that long ago.
Construction of the organizer took a bit to figure out, as the tabs fit very snugly and I was worried about breaking a piece, but once I got over that fear, a little gentle hammering, and the organizer came together nicely. It fit very snugly in the box. Snug is a word I'm going to use a lot.
Now, when it came to the actual cards, I used the Legion branded Legendary cards that Upper Deck released. They're fairly thick, but not out of the ordinary for card sleeves.Counting all the sets up, I have 1150 cards to put in the box.
They barely fit, I had to remove some of the dividers, and I only put them in so I could have something to give me a little grip to pull out cards. Again, very snug.
The product description says it'd fill about 1400 "premium" sleeved, so theoretically, I'd be able to fit my Secret Wars cards in there... that doesn't look likely. The organizer still suits my needs though, and I may pick up the artist case for the rest of the expansions as they come out.
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, I just feel like the estimate on cards that would fit was a bit off. I figured once the other expansions were announced, I would need a second box anyway, so it's not a big deal. Thanks Broken Token!

This organizer is great. It maximizes space and really helps keep everything in order.
BT adds their magic
Posted by John Nelson on 28th Jan 2016
This was my third BT organizer, purchased on a whim -- the game's original insert was fine, but I've been so impressed with BT's products, I was positive they could improve the space. And they did, allowing me to cram all my (current) sets into a single box (unsleeved, including all expansions to this point). It's a tight fit with all the expansions and dividers, but a great design, maximizing the space simply and efficiently. Assembly was a cinch, done in minutes.
A bit pricey, but worth it.

I was tempted to give this product a four star review because of the price, and it was on the edge, but at the end of the day I can't help but give this my highest recommendation for anyone looking to save space for their Legendary game and expansions. If you don't mind all the space being taken up by the expansion boxes or carrying them around because they don't all fit in the original box plastic-insert, or don't plan to get the expansions, then you could probably save money and skip this if you really wanted. If you're like me, however, and have a lot of board games and expansions and need some help storing them--and love keeping things in as good of condition as possible--this is a huge help.
The organizer is very well designed. The wooden pieces come in wooden panels and are mostly easy to pop out, though some did manage to tear a bit from the wood of the organizer--it wasn't a huge issue for me though, it doesn't hurt the cards or the organizer itself. It might be handy to have a small hammer to fit some of the pieces together, but I didn't find myself needing one for this particular organizer. Once put together, it easily slides into the box and is very snug, and it almost gives the box itself and added layer of protection like a skeleton. I haven't had it long enough to tell if the wood grain is rough enough to wear on the cards, but I doubt it. Even if it does, it leaves plenty of room for the cards to be sleeved, which you'll likely want to do with Legendary cards anyway because they're a bit less durable or well-made than some other deck-building game cards I've played with.
I would love it if the price went down a little bit, but without knowing production costs for each unit, I can't necessarily fault the Broken Token for the amount that is charged. That is why this product is rated a 5 out of 5.
Useful, but dividers often don't stay put
Posted by Tommy W on 15th Dec 2015
Like the DC Deckbuilding Game insert, this is nice, but the dividers have a nasty habit of not staying put. I ordered this and an extra set of dividers and probably about 1/3 of them are just barely too narrow to really fit inside the insert and stay in place so cards end up sliding around in the box.
*Response: Tommy, please contact us so we can resolve this issue. Thank you!
So much better...

This inset is far better than the one that you get with Legendary. I was struggling to get all the expansions sleeved and in order in the box. With this insert, that is not the case. I have sleeved all my expansions, organized them how I want, and still have plenty of room for later expansions. Perfect.
Great for the base and a few expansions!

I bought this after I really got into Legendary. So far I have two smaller expansions and the Dark city Big box expansion. All fit in this organizer sleeved, but barely. I hope they make a small version that will fit into the big box expansions, so when I get the secret wars expansions I'll have some way to continue to organize them. Thanks BT!
Great product, great customer service

Exactly what I needed!
Surprisingly fast delivery to Sweden. Easy to assemble and it smells nice:)
I just wish shipping cost to Europe wouldn't be that high, I want them for all my games...

I love Legendary, let me start by saying that. That being said, Upper Deck did not think out their storage at ALL. At least Rio Grande had a nice system for each individual expansion.
Anyway, I could waste way too much time with my Upper Deck concerns. This storage system fits very nicely in to the base game's box. I currently have all the expansions for the hero game (Secret Wars 1 as of the writing of this review) and the cards and shards all fit nicely in the box with plenty of room to spare.
Well done BT!!
Another 5-star review

I will pile on with another positive review. This is an excellent product and is more than capable of handling all the cards. I have heard complaints about wasted space in the middle but I use that space for shards. I picked up some little plastic "shards" and they store very nicely there.
I have the base hero game (not villains) and all the expansions except for FF which only adds 100 cards and I have tons of room left over. I'll be fine for SW2 as well as if I ever find FF for a reasonable price on eBay.
