  1. Helps keep things in check

Posted by Noruga on 6th Sep 2017

While I love the sorters that are in the basic encounters box the foam only helps so much, now that I have this organizer stuff stays in place and doesn't move around, even if I don't use the dividers.

  2. No Real Issues - Almost Fit Core + Alien Queen Exp

Posted by Andrew on 25th Feb 2017

I thought the product was pretty solid. I could barely fit all the core + alien queen expansion cards (all sleeved). My only issue was that I could not fit the core playmat with the Queen player playmat rolled into one box. I don't think it was designed to do this. I picked up a play tube and I'm good to go though. Assembly was straightforward.

  3. Much needed insert

Posted by Jacob Black on 27th Jan 2017

Sorry Upper Deck a single cardboard divider and some rolled up tissue paper isn't sufficient for an insert. Thank you TBT for providing us with a much needed insert. The insert is big enough to hold both LE: Alien and LE: Predator in the same box, however both mats don't fit in the center holder for the mat. You can fit the second mat on the top but the lid will lift a bit. I ended up getting each game it's own insert. While I do think a couple more inserts would've been nice I've made due with what is provided and using the dividers provided in the original game. Fantastic insert!

  4. Great for organizing cards

Posted by Josh Rogers on 3rd Jan 2017

So this kit works perfect. I had to trip it down as I was using it for Big Trouble in Little China. I also needed one side of it. I glued it into the box and it works wonderfully.

  5. Great organizer needs more dividers!

Posted by Kyle C. on 18th Dec 2016

Bought this for Legendary Firefly. Love the build quality and how quick and easy set up and tear down is using the dividers. As said previously below I bought one extra set of dividers, wish I had bought 2! If only I had read the reviews instead of trying to eyeball how many I needed. The Broken Token should include more than the standard included amount. Maybe make it custom to which Legendary Encounter you own. Only gave it 4 stars because it didn't have enough dividers included.

RESPONSE: Thanks for the feedback - it's always a delicate balance as if we include too many for some games then people end up paying for dividers they don't need :( either way we'll knock around some ideas and see how we can make this a better fit for all the different games. PS email me Aminda, contact@thebroken.com, and we'll see if we can't get you set up with what you need!

  6. It works! But . . .

Posted by Lawrence Collins on 19th Oct 2016

It certainly works, and I'm happy with the product. I do recommend using wood glue to put it together. It's a bit a wreck otherwise. And you should get at least one set of extra dividers. I use the wood dividers to separate categories of cards, and I use cardstock dividers for labeling and further subdivision. If you do that, one extra set should be sufficient. It's a bit pricey for what you get. I'd be happier with a $15 price point. $23 is a bit stiff, especially considering the price of the game the insert is designed for.

RESPONSE: I'm glad you are overall pleased with the product! The need for glue does vary, we appreciate that feedback. The dividers are such a subjective issue. We felt it was better to keep the price point down rather than add pieces not everyone would need. I understand it can seem a bit over the top cost wise, we like to think in terms not about the cost of the game but how the insert will improve the value of the game, ie Will it get more play? Is the experience more enjoyable? I hope you will get lots of use out of the organizer and please don't ever hesitate to contact us directly if you have concerns or need help. 7. Great product but you WILL need more dividers

Posted by Greg T on 15th Sep 2016

A great, simple organiser for a box that badly needs it. Very easy to assemble, does the job.

You WILL need more dividers - I purchased one additional packet but I wish I'd got two or three. The included amount is really only enough to get your cards to stand upright - you'll still be relying a lot on the original card dividers from the box. With one additional packet I was able to give each movie's set of characters and challenges their own section. Another packet would have been handy.

The space allocated for your playmat is a little less than the original box offered but it still fits as long as you roll it tightly. There's definitely no room for a second mat, though, so forget any thoughts of merging your Aliens and Predator sets.

  8. Perfect for all Legendary Encounters

Posted by Charles Darlage on 15th Aug 2016

I have one of these for all my Legendary Encounters games. It works wonderfully with the Alien game, the Predator game as well as the new Firefly game. Highest recommendation. Very easy to put together.

  9. It does it's job!

Posted by Tim Karl on 18th Apr 2016

Like every other product on here, this does it's job of organizing and maximizing space within a box. Of the three Broken Token organizers I own, this one was the most annoying to put together. The parts just didn't seem to stay together well, even before wrestling it into the box. Due to the looseness, I felt like the middle dividers were trying to move inward. Anyway, the final solution was to cram both playmats (yes they will fit if you don't mind the top popping up a little) and then filling in the cards.

I am once again looking forward to ordering my next Broken Token product!

  10. Excellent for organising, but needs a bit more rigidity.

Posted by James Mayfield on 26th Jan 2016

This is fantastic for organising Encounters. I've used it for both Alien and Predator and it's excellent.
You definitely need extra dividers (or you can use the cardboard ones in the legendary box), but it makes sorting, and more importantly transport that much easier.

My one gripe (and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5) is that it needs a bit more rigidity in the middle. If the fixed divider went all the way across that would strengthen the middle rib, and help keep all the dividers in place. As it is flex in the material means that some dividers close to the middle can pop out. You can also fix that issue with a bit of PVA glue (or tape or whatever) which I plan on doing myself.
