Good With Some Glue

Lets face it- I probably wouldn't have even considered this storage solution if I didn't have the Skullport expansion. The box for the base game is already excellent for snuggly fitting all the components. But I am all about minimizing and this was an ideal solution for nicely fitting both the base game and the expansion into a single box.
With that said, like all the products I've bought from The Broken Token, the design is superb and fits snugly into the original box. The only issue I had with assembly was the slanted shelves were impossible to assemble without some wood glue. None of the other products I've bought from TBT seemed to have the looseness problems that I got in this package and so I don't know if it was just a fluke for this particular order or if the design for the laser cuts was just a tad bit off. It was nothing that a little wood glue couldn't accomodate and in the end I'm still really satisfied with the result.
I would recommend this project to anyone that has both the base game and the expansion and doesn't mind spending a little extra $$ for a nicer storage solution.
A vital purchase

When my organizer was finally built and installed, I wept. I wept with joy, and with pride. Buy this product.

this was well worth the money. It is sturdy and holds all the parts to both the original game and the expansion. It was a little hard to put together.

Overall this is a great organizer. The pull out tray is great. A minor complaint is that there isn't a specific place to store the large cards each player uses to organize their bits during the game. They just end up sliding around on top of or inside of the board. I don't have any expansions, so I'm not sure if they would have somewhere specific to go if I did. It does sound like having an expansion would fill in the area above the tray where there currently seems to be space for pieces to fall around if the box were sideways. That's kind of a bummer, but I guess it just means I'll have to get the expansion. :)
Complete Efficient Organizer

This organizer does exactly what I need: A place to keep all materials for each expansion neatly organized.

Broken Token is awesome. You know that. I know that. You don't need to read my review.
A place for everything

The construction for this organizer was a little time consuming, but well worth it. Overall, the fit of the parts was excellent, though I did use a bit of glue and tape to make things fit together even more securely than it already was. [Slightly paranoid, I guess.]
Given the number of parts to Lord of Waterdeep and it's "double" expansion, it is amazing how everything is able to fit so nicely once all of the parts are placed into the organizer. Getting the expansion box off of my shelf was a wonderful reward. The inserts allow for a quick setup and breakdown of the game, with everything labelled nicely.
Given that I sleeved my cards, it did make for a tight fit in the card section. Not sure if this will help others, but in order to make it easier to keep the expansions separated, I also added "tabbed dividers" for the quest and intrigue cards. So, my card section became (front to back): Base Lords - wooden divider - Undermountain Lords - wooden divider - Skullport Lords - wooden divider - Base Quests - tabbed divider - Undermountain Quests - tabbed divider - Skullport Quests - wooden divider - Base Intrique - tabbed divider - Undermountain Intrique - tabbed divider - Skullport Intrique. Made for a tight fit due to the card sleeves, but it works fine.
Overall, a great purchase that I am very happy with.
Great product is you have the expansions

As with all of my Broken Token inserts, this is a well organised, well thought out insert. It is easy to assemble (took me about 30 minutes). My only complaint with this is that it is requires the Scoundrels of Skullport expansion to keep everything in place. Without the expansion board the tray has a little extra room around it for pieces to fall out... Oh well, guess I have to buy the expansion now ;)

Easy to assemble. I use a little glue to hold everything. Pieces fit with just a little effort. Organizer holds the base game and the Scoundrels expansion. I also have the metal coins from Broken Token. Everything fits neatly and I don't feel that the box is crammed. I also got the extra dividers just in case I want to break things up more, but the ones it comes with would be enough to separate the base game and expansion.

The base insert for the game was pretty good. But they did not leave room for their expansion. The Broken Token insert is great because it allows both games to be in one box.
Another great feature is the pullout section for the most used tokens
